Blue Rose Capital Advisors announces that John Elliott has joined the firm. He will work in the newly established California office as an Associate.
As an Associate, Mr. Elliott is responsible for providing analytical and research support to the lead advisory team for Blue Rose’s P3 advisory and consulting practice as well as for municipal debt, derivative, and reinvestment transactions. He also assists the Chief Compliance Officer in meeting regulatory compliance and monitoring requirements.
Prior to Blue Rose, Mr. Elliott worked as a compliance consultant for federal contractors and as a research associate for a non-profit think tank in Washington, DC.
Mr. Elliott graduated from Vanderbilt University with a bachelor’s degree, majoring in political science, history, and Russian language. He completed his MBA at Rice University and was awarded the Jones Scholar Award. He also has a master’s degree in political science from the Ohio State University.
